If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 first — then call us. When in doubt, call; a dispatcher will tell you honestly whether it can wait for business hours.

Response time is typically 30–60 minutes across our Lee County core — Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and North Fort Myers — where trucks are staged. Farther areas like Naples, Punta Gorda, and Sanibel can run toward the top of that window depending on time of night and bridge traffic.

We're upfront about this: After-hours calls (nights, weekends, and holidays) carry a $95–$150 surcharge — always included in the written price you approve before any work begins. You'll never get an inflated "emergency rate" on the work itself, and you approve the full written price before we start.

Don't run electrical appliances near water, and don't try to clean up sewage yourself — it's a health hazard we handle with proper equipment.
