What We Offer
Water Service Line — $13–15/ft
We install your water service line from the city meter to your home. You list C&S as your plumber with Cape Coral Utilities, and we handle the rest — from trenching to connection and pressure testing.
Irrigation Line — $9–10/ft
Separate irrigation meter connection to keep your lawn and landscaping on its own water line. We run the line from the irrigation meter to your system with proper backflow prevention.
Sewer Lateral — $25–33/ft
We connect your home to the city sewer main with a new sewer lateral. Pricing varies based on distance and depth. Every install includes proper grade, cleanouts, and full inspection.
Septic Abandonment & Pump-Out — $2,500
Once you're connected to city sewer, your old septic tank needs to be pumped out and properly abandoned. We coordinate the pump truck, collapse or fill the tank, and handle the required permit and inspection.
Extras & Upgrades
While we're on-site, we can install new shutoff valves, pressure regulators, hose bibs, and other upgrades. It's the perfect time to address anything else since we already have the ground open.
