Our prequalification package is ready to submit with your bid. We maintain current W-9, certificate of insurance (GL, auto, umbrella, and workers' comp), bonding capacity documentation, EMR letter from our insurer, and copies of both active Florida plumbing contractor licenses: CFC057076 and CFC1432485. For GCs who require additional documentation such as financial statements, safety plans, or trade-specific quality control procedures, we can provide those within 48 hours of request.

C&S handles AIA-format billing as standard practice. We submit G702/G703 pay applications with schedule of values, process change orders through proper AIA channels (G701), and maintain detailed daily logs for progress tracking. Our project management team is experienced with GC billing portals including Procore, Textura, and BuilderTrend. We understand that your pay app deadlines don't flex, and we submit on time every month.

Our scope capabilities span the full range of plumbing subcontract work: ground rough-in and underslab, top-out and stack-out, trim and fixture installation, gas piping, medical gas (if applicable), storm drainage, and specialty systems like grease interceptors and backflow preventers for commercial tenant improvements. We self-perform all work with our own crews — no sub-to-sub layering — which gives GCs direct accountability and eliminates communication gaps.

For tenant improvement and renovation projects, we bring particular value. Our residential service division gives us deep knowledge of existing building plumbing systems throughout Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties. When a GC is renovating a restaurant space or converting an office to medical use, our familiarity with the building's original plumbing — sometimes from having built it — accelerates the TI scope and reduces unforeseen conditions.

C&S Plumbing is bonded, fully insured, and maintains an EMR below 1.0. We carry $2M in general liability coverage, participate in random drug testing programs, and require all field personnel to complete OSHA-10 training.
