C&S Plumbing was the commercial plumbing contractor for Hangar 97, a new-construction aviation hangar at Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) built by Stellar Development. Below-slab underground rough-in — supply, drain, waste, and vent piping set and inspected before the pour — and the second rough-in through the commercial structure are documented below. Estimated and project-managed in-house by the C&S office.
